Founding Engineer
There are currently 2.5 people at Chimeboard (Avivi, Adaeze, and our intern).
We're looking for #3.
Bay Area preferred$100K–$140K base + equity
At Chimeboard, we're building AI systems that simulate audience behavior before brands launch marketing campaigns.
We're looking for our first Founding Engineer to help us build it.
We'll probably get along well if:
- You get excited turning an idea into a working product over a weekend
- You like building things before anyone tells you how
- You like turning messy data into useful insights
- You'd rather ship than spend 3 weeks debating architecture
- You enjoy talking to users and figuring out what they actually want
- You want ownership, not tickets
What you'll work on
- Building and shipping core product features
- Designing AI-powered workflows and systems
- Pulling insights from messy marketing and audience data
- Turning customer feedback into product decisions
- Creating internal tools, infrastructure, and experiments
- Helping shape the engineering culture from day one
We don't really care whether you have 1 year of experience or 10. We care whether you're curious, resourceful, move quickly, and want to build something from the ground up.
No giant engineering org.
